WORK CONSISTS of a 39,152 square foot (sf) Kindergarten thru 3rd grade school with library, gymnasium, offices, and kitchen. Also included are staff quarters, an access road and in tersection with lighting, signage, signals, striping, fencing, cattle guards and traffic control; a well, watertank, chlorinator, building and fencing. Site work includes parking lot, wastewater sewage lagoon, water systems, sanitary sewer, utilities, fir e protection mains and hydrants, culvert pipes, curb and gutter, sidewalks, propane tank and pad, ball court, lighting, landscaping and irrigation. |
