Install 3" Turbo Meter Service per IRWD Std W-5. Provide 12" Min Lateral Clearance From Edge of Box to Edge of 8" RPPD Assembly. Install 3" RPPD Assembly per IRWD Std W-7. Install 90º EII FLG x PO. Remove Existing End of Line Blow Off and Install PVC Class 200 C900. Public Hydrant & Gate Valve, Protect in Place. Replace (E) 2" PVC SCH 40 with (N) 4" PVC SCH 40 and Fittings Bedding, backfill, and compaction per IRWD Standards (PRIVATE). Install 4" Gate Valve FLG x PO per IRWD Std W-22. Install vault provided by State (vault available for preconstruction inspection). Any vault modifications are the responsibility of contractor. Provide and install aluminum, spring loaded vault lid (or equivalent) per IRWD specifications. All work to be completed in a manner to prevent contamination of existing system which has been chlorinated for use. Contractor to certify that final installation is complete and has been inspected and approved in compliance with all regulatory requirements for potable domestic water service prior to activation of the system |
