| Project Description: |
Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to demolish existing slab and provide electrical plumbing and sewer stub outs and connections from existing services to a new drop-in restroom building. The work shall include, but not be limited to: demolition of existing slab, temporarily cap all utilities, trench and re-install underground conduit and service lines to location of chase, backfill dirt, saw cut existing concrete, replace concrete, pull boxes, apply for and obtain all necessary permits, building inspections, and service connections, remove and haul away all excess dirt, asphalt, concrete, repair irrigation and landscape as needed, remove tree roots, re-connect utilities after installation of building. All work shall be in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and all applicable city standards and plans. Contractor shall warrantee all parts and labor for a minimum of one year and shall document such warranty in writing prior to completion of the project. Contractor shall notify Dig Alert prior to commencement of work. |
