I am interested in extending the MBR of my home in order to build a functional home office workspace.
The estimated size of the addition is 13'4" x 8' (maybe a tad larger depending on cost.) The existing support wall is 13'4" with a 6' wide window. I'd like suggestions for opening up this area and extending out. The new area can have a flat roof if it is less expensive, but it must include air conditioning vents and electrical and cable connections. Please contact me to arrange an estimate. Thank you,
