Blue Bell Lodge is a resort within the Custer State Park. The facility has modern cabins surrounding a lodge, dining room, lounge, general store and gas station, and other buildings. The Park Shop provides storage, maintenance, and workshop space for Park staff. The project scope includes the design and construction of two separate water supply systems for Blue Bell Lodge & Resort and the Park Shop. The Blue Bell project will include the replacement and extension of existing water mains and construction of a new elevated storage tank. The Park Shop project will include the construction of a reservoir, installation of a new water main, and replacement of the 1930s era water distribution system that serves the shop, three residences, and a fire station. |
