Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to construct a single story dormitory facility of approximately 2,650 square feet. Work involved under this contract will include, but is not necessarily limited to, earthwork, concrete, carpentry, windows, roofing, plumbing, electrical; interior finishes of carpet, tile, gypsum wallboard, paint and telecommunications. |
