The Work under this Project consists of the removal of the existing roof systems and components including but not limited to the roof membranes, all existing gravel surfacing, insulations, flashing membranes, scuppers, metal coping, metal flashing (including reglet mounted counterflashing and receiver), penetration pockets, fasteners, metal accessories and etc. down to the existing metal roof deck and installation of a new modified bitumen roof system with a mineral surfaced cap ply and smooth surfaced base ply, membrane flashing, cants, tapered insulation crickets, insulation and protection membrane. Roof is approximately 7,300 square feet.A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 20, 2006 at Fire Station #4, 5909 Poplar Hall Drive, Norfolk. |
