The Work under this Project consists of the removal of the existing roof systems and components including but not limited to the roof membranes, all existing gravel surfacing, insulations, flashing membranes, scuppers, metal coping, metal flashing (including reglet mounted counterflashing and receiver), penetration pockets, fasteners, metal accessories and etc. down to the existing metal roof deck and installation of a new fully-adhered EPDM gypsum board, tapered insulation, crickets, insulation and accessories. Roof is approximately 7,000 square feet.A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:30 a.m., Monday, March 20, 2006 at Fire Station #13, 176 Maple Avenue, Norfolk. |
