The project is located at the Dept. of Natural Resources (DNR), and consists of construction of a 50,000 s.f. A-frame retractable roof greenhouse, two wood framed structures, one is a 14'x22' generator building,and one is a 10'x20' chemical mix building, along with electrical and mechanical construction, as follows: A. A-Frame Retractable Roof Greenhouse Structure, 50,000 s.f. Greenhouse structure package supplied by Owner. B. One 14'x22' Generator Building - wood framed structure. C. One 10'x20' Chemical Mix Building - wood framed structure. D. Electrical work includes, but is not limited to, providing electrical service to three buildings, including but not limited to, installation of a new transformer, generator, and panels, and connection to all Owner provided equipment. E. Mechanical work includes, but is not limited to, providing natural gas lines, irrigation water, plumbing fixtures and piping, and connection of all Owner supplied equipment. |
