I have a townhouse in mountain view, and got report from tennants that the toilet on 2nd floor flooded. that got fixed, but afterwards now we face possible water damage on floor and rug both on 2nd floor and through livingroom downstairs.
showed it to some drywall specialist and am told there's no molds/damage.
want 2nd opinion, to ensure the wall and carpet are okay, and if there's any painting required on livingroom's ceiling, what's the requirements and costs.
the flooding was like 2nd week of december 2006. |
