The work to be accomplished under this contract includes structural lining or replacement of approximately 143 lineal feet of the 62-inch by 40-inch, eggshaped Edgewater Interceptor. There are two collapsed portions as shown on the contract drawings. Included in the work is the repair of both voids that exist over top of the Interceptor at each location. Based on previous internal video inspections, the voids are estimated to require approximately 250 cubic yards of grout to fill, should they be repaired externally without open-cut methods.
Also included in the work is the internal repair of missing and broken clay segmental blocks. |
