Contractor agrees to provide all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, and licenses necessary to provide the second phase of the Dormitory Wing Renovation. The work is to be performed in a series of suites that consist of 24 sleeping rooms and 6 restrooms. The renovation includes removal and off-site disposal of existing counter tops, base molding, toilet commodes/water closets, lavatories and partitions, and other items as specified. Project includes the fabrication and replacement of sleeping and restroom counters, restroom partitions, plumbing and light fixtures, the framing of closet niches, the resurfacing and painting of all wall and ceiling areas in the sleeping rooms, entry foyers, and restrooms as specified. The Contractor will be responsible for the installation of pre-fabricated wardrobe units and replacement toilets as supplied. |
