RESIDENTIAL ROOFING Al-Chroma proudly uses Elk roofing products for our residential division. Established in the mid-1970’s, Elk is among the top three shingle manufactures in the country, including Certinteed and Owens Corning. Elk offers a 15- year unlimited umbrella warranty which coincides with all 30, 40, and 50-year shingles. This warranty not only serves as one of our most productive selling tools as a roofing company, but it is also built-in piece of mind for our customers that insures satisfaction for years to come. Additionally, our crews are insured and highly experienced with shingle installation as well as re-sheeting procedures and protocol. COMMERCIAL RESTORATION - Al-Chroma’s commercial division specializes in the restoration of most commercial roofing applications, including: REINFORCED BUILT-UP SYSTEMS Al-Chroma offers a high-tech fully lined urethane system for flat roofs. This system withstands ponding water and is ideal for harsh environments. Our poly liner is impregnated with a base coat to create a waterproof membrane. Two top coats of white urethane will help seal and strengthen. 20-year warranty option available. RUBBER ROOF RESTORATION Al-Chroma restores your existing rubber roof by sealing all man made seams and applies a white reflective coating over the entire membrane. This system carries a ten year extendible warranty at half the cost of new rubber. METAL ROOF WATERPROOFING Al-Chroma uses a combination of acrylic and urethane technology to seal all roof seams, fasteners, and penetrations. Any existing rust is primed and neutralized. A finish coat of Al-Chroma’s Fibered Aluminum (one coat) or our \"Top of the Line\" white elastomeric rubberized acrylic coatings (two coats) create a resistant barrier and protect against harmful UV rays.
