Pitchcard?
I'm humbled to say that I have never seen or heard of a pitch card. It sounds very simple, interesting, and helpful to me. I still consider myself more of a roofer than an owner sometimes and I tend to slack on finding sales tools other than my ability to speak and add and use my tape measure. Is it cardboard? Is it just something simple that they give away at suppliers? Anyone got a picture? When I estimate a roof, I count shingle tabs, or edge metal.... or anything I positively know the measurement of. I'm always open to new ideas, I just don't hear too many of them anymore without the revolving door my previous companies had. On a somewhat related note, I have to mention that I got curious and all people on this site I could positively identify and find on BBB and state license records all came up straight. That’s good to know. Nice to know who you're taking advice from. Later. And thanks in advance.

Re: Pitchcard?
I was looking fro some myself and never found them... Until I got certified GAF gave me a bunch of them... is just a piece of plastic about 4x8 inches

you stand on the sidewalk in front of the house... you hold it up and see thru the see-thru plastic and this has little ridge lines that tell you the pitch..

I always carry a level and measure the roof never had to use this pitch card.
