Hello Fellow Contractors
I'm in dismay since i did some SubContracting for the above contractor "Al Kowalski, Kowalski Masonry"
After doing a few jobs for him and not getting paid, other then 20% of our agreement.
After talking to a couple of his short time employees i found has done the same to them, As much as $3000 to one hourly and several hundred to others as well.
He also over charges his commercial costumers extra hours on a regular basis, Work 32 hours charge 46....
I have two civil suits against him now.
If you hire him please beware and have a Attorney handy.
