How long should a masonry blade last?
I am considering purchasing slate tile and cutting it into random lengths for use as veneer on a block wall. Does anyone know how many 12" tiles I should be able to cut with 1 blade?

I am assuming that chiseling the tile may cause it to flake.

Well, I've used my tile saw for a few projects and it's still hummin' along.
