Hole through wall

This is a very simple question.... my computer area is right beside my bedroom and my parents want me to move my TV into my bedroom, which is in the comp area, and I will only do this if I can put a hole in the wall for my Ethernet cord to go online with my ps2, how do I do this properly and make it look good!

Just drill a dang hole through the stupid wall. Make it close to the floor where code says you cannot have electric wires.
