Best way to strengthen floor joists
I am almost ready to drywall my basement, but before doing so; I'd like to strengthen the floor joists above in one area. My builder did a poor job in not calculating the load weight for the kitchen area and while it meets code, it is very bouncy (to the point that everything shakes in the kitchen when walking).

I'd like to strengthen the floor by adding bridging, but don't know if it would be worth it. Does bridging usually make noticeable improvements? Are there any other methods in addition to bridging that would help stiffen the joists? I'd prefer not to add a header due to the basement layout. I will be dry walling the basement ceiling.

What do you mean by bridging?

I would consider sintering every other joist (full span if you can).

I thought about sintering, but I've heard not to expect much improvement with it. Is this not true? Do I go one size smaller? There's no way that I could sister the same size joist.
